In Fresno, the best-known bakeries and bagel shops have lines on weekend mornings, so arrive early or order ahead where the shop offers it. Across California, immigrant bakeries add Mexican pan dulce, Vietnamese banh mi bread, Chinese buns, Middle Eastern sweets and European rye to the mix, and many gluten-free and vegan bakeries have opened in larger cities. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Fresno is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fresno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I love this place! Don't let their location fool you. It's a small shop, but full of the best Phillipino treats in Fresno. Definitely a hidden gem. Their Enseimada and Halo Halo are by far the best in town! The enseimada melts in your mouth. My daughter calls it "cloud cake". The lady working the cashier is the sweetest. Very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place!

Found my new halo halo place. Senorita Bread is a must try. $10 for halo halo. $7 for bread or mix and match 3 for $20.

I LOVED THEIR UBE BREAD! It traveled well with me from Fresno to Puerto Rico and I followed their re-heat instructions: it was scrumptious, flavorful, and so satisfying! Will have to travel for more!!

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD! I am definitely coming back! The owners were the most kindest, the moment I walked into the building they were immediately welcoming! Everything looked so yummy so I bought their SeΓ±orita bread, Matcha Brownies, Ube Brownies, Ube rolls, and something else which I forgot? My favorite pastry they had were the Senorita bread, so soft, perfect amount of sweetness, and I did pop them into the oven along with the Ube rolls and they were the best!! I spent $37 which was so worth it especially since everything was a good portion. Going to be my new To Go Filipino Bakery!!!
